Frank Skowron

Frank Skowron is a results-oriented business executive who utilizes his extensive hands-on experience in leadership, strategic planning, business process improvement, project management, lean six sigma, information technology, and organizational change to provide a unique perspective for business owners, presidents, partners and CEOs. Frank has held many executive leadership positions at the Big Four of PriceWaterhouseCoopers, and Deloitte as well as the Fortune-500 company Computer Sciences Corporation (CSC). Frank holds BS and MBA degrees and is a Certified Public Accountant. He is a National Expert in Performance Excellence and Business Process Improvement. He served on the prestigious Board of Examiners for the Baldrige National Performance Excellence Awards Program and now provides coaching, training and mentoring for all Baldrige Examiners. Frank is also a former Performance Excellence State Examiner and Team Leader for the Mid-Atlantic Alliance for Performance Excellence (MAAPE) and now provides Examiner training for the Pennsylvania, Delaware, and New Jersey programs. Frank is currently an adjunct professor certified for graduate-level business courses teaching Strategic Planning, Leadership, Process Improvements, Business Systems, Lean Six Sigma, Project Management and Information Technology.
